help When do new arrivals typically come in?
We receive new shipments throughout the year, with Spring and Summer arrivals beginning in February and continuing through mid-May. Fall and Winter collections typically begin arriving in early August and continue through the end of September.

Yes. Gift cards are available in store. Please note that gift cards purchased at Trendy Shoes can only be redeemed at Trendy Shoes and cannot be used at Trendys Clothing Ltd., and vice versa.

We do not offer cash refunds on purchases. We are happy to offer store credit or exchange on eligible items.
